A SPIRITUAL TOUCH

No being can experience the touch of the Holy Spirit and remain the same. He will not leave your soul unaffected at His Divine intervention in your life. He can never enter into a heart, and leave it asleep, quiet, inactive. He will always move you to live, to fight, to get ahead with confidence, to seek a new attraction and to run the goal of perfection in Eternal Life. The change He gives to you must be made known to you and to others in the society through the change in the way you talk, associate with others, tolerate others and counsel others.

Being the salt of the earth, and the light to the world can only come to be if you are intertwined with the Spirit for once you experience His Divine touch in your life, those living in darkness will begin to see Him in you and use you as the light to their paths, and the savi

or their lives require when things are not working well for them.

When He comes He shall infuse you, with courage, Divine impulse, and a holy push which renews your hope in God and opens you to the mystery of every day, putting your actions and good deeds, to the service of God’s purposes.

Ask the Holy Spirit to shower you with His Divine blessings whenever He comes to you. Plead with Him to burn with His fire all cowardice and all fatigue and to throw you into the adventure of every day so that when you are encountered, one will see that the Spirit lives in you.

  1. Going through this article I felt a peaceful touch in me. my mind and heart were captured especially when you said, “When He comes He shall infuse you, with courage, Divine impulse, and a holy push which renews your hope in God and opens you to the mystery of every day, putting your actions and good deeds, to the service of God’s purposes”.

Once again thank you very much for this.

  2. This is an important encouragement to take seriously the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives. This great reality is too often underplayed in the lives of many Catholics.
